CEO & Founder

Welcome to my Blog!  I would like to thank you for taking the time to see who I am and what I represent!  Let me first start off by telling you a little bit about myself.

My name is Reginald Laroche.  I’m a Clinical Exercise Physiologist working at Baptist Health South Florida – South Miami Hospital where I Supervise the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention Department.  I’m certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist  and also hold an Exercise is Medicine Level 3 certification.  I received my bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and achieved my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.

Due to the growing number of people who die from Heart Disease and the risk factors associated with heart disease such as hypertension, diabetes, smoking hx, hyperlipidemia, and obesity, I will not only talk and write about topics that will help educate people to better their individual lifestyles and prevent health issues but also discuss topics related to fitness and nutrition.   My mission is to provide the community with quality and reliable information regarding health and fitness as well as to increase everyone’s awareness on preventing preventable diseases caused by inactivity and poor nutrition habits.  iCardioFiT Inc. is my startup company and we represent Health and fitness innovation, fitness creativity, and fitness inspiration that can motivate the fitness world.  iCardioFiT is not just a company but a new way of life that I hope everyone can embody.

If you agree and enjoy the topics in which a write about and discuss, then please feel free to comment and subscribe to my blog!!  The more conversations and dialogue we all have the bigger of an impact we can have on changing the epidemic of heart disease and obesity!
