    Icardio to feel less guilty for my rare splurges ..lol

  1. Yea I’m feeling it.. I believe in staying fit! it’s the only way to go in my opinion, but on the other hand I know it tough for some ppl out there with that 9 to 5.

    I do it cuz I don’t want no assistance more than just a cane when I’m 80 or <, God's willing. What you do for your body now, it'll do for you later.
